The hotel provided a mixed experience during my stay. The room had a stale smoke smell and needed cosmetic repairs, despite being an okay stop on our way to the Outer Banks. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready for hours. On the positive side, the service was kind and friendly, but somewhat uninformative. The location, with its indoor pool and mini golf course, was unique and convenient for our needs.
